When, in 1948, relations soured between Joes Stalin and Tito, Russian films lost popularity, and Yugoslavia looked to Mexico for entertainment.

Wow, I didn't even notice that. My global geography knowledge is about as good as my urban navigation skills, i.e. cripplingly poor. Perhaps this is a matter best raised with the proprietor of the site in question, though :P
